Sarah Clarke is a highly experienced Business Psychologist and Chartered Director with over 20 years of senior leadership experience, making her an invaluable asset to The Collective Advisory Board. As the Founder of Cortex Worx, Sarah has dedicated her career to helping organisations unlock the full potential of their people through high-performance cultures that deliver measurable and sustainable results.
With scientific rigour and deep practical expertise, Sarah applies the principles of Business Psychology to solve challenges that are common to all businesses, regardless of sector, size, or stage of growth. From SMEs and scale-ups to global enterprises and the NHS, Sarah supports leaders in navigating complex people dynamics, cultural transformation, leadership development and organisational change.

As a Fellow of the Association of Business Psychology and holder of a BPS-accredited MSc in Occupational Psychology, Sarah’s credentials are grounded in professional excellence. She is also a qualified CBT coach, empowering leaders to manage mindset, change and performance with clarity and confidence.
